Returns & Exchanges
- Used Items are NOT returnable.
- Returns or Exchanges must be made within 7 days of receving goods.
- Wedding items, Holiday products, Cat Nip toys, Personalized items, Decorative Pillows, Double-Sided leads and Keychains are made to order and are NOT RETURNABLE.
- If you need to return your Up Country product for any reason, please do the following.

- Please explain the reason for the return and whether you want an exchange or refund. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 30 days of notification.
- Include a copy of the original Invoice, so we can locate the order.
- We DO NOT refund shipping cost.
- There is a minimal charge for reshipping on customer errors; $3.95 for 1-2 items and $4.95 for up to 5 items.
- Your new product/s or refund will be processed as soon as possible.
- Items bought from a store or boutique must be exchange/returned through them directly.
- Items in Celebrations and Holiday are NOT RETURNABLE.
- We offer repairs at a low cost but they have to be approved. Please email email@example.com any images you have with the specifics of what has to be repaired.
- Exchanges are processed and shipped out within 3-7 business days from when we receive the product.
